Act & Art – Online Platform

Arts and creativity are powerful tools that can help young people facing challenges to voice their concerns, share their aspirations, and break down barriers. Beyond their educational value, arts activities hold significant social and political importance. They offer a platform for sharing experiences in public squares, exhibitions, festivals, schools, and cultural centers, where young people facing challenges can voice their concerns and share their aspirations with the wider public. Our online platform introduces a digital exhibition, showcasing the artistic outcomes of localized training programs conducted by refugee and migrant youth.
We aim to amplify the voices of refugees and migrants in a simple and sustainable way, while fostering a sense of community among youth workers engaged with these groups. The platform offers opportunity to share best practices, methodologies, workshops, networking events, and peer learning. By connecting, learning, and providing valuable feedback, youth workers actively contribute to the advancement of youth work in both physical and digital spaces.
This platform holds importance as it serves as a place for youth workers working in this field to learn and share as well as for refugees, migrants to find space for themselves and learn about new opportunities. By promoting arts and creativity in youth work we create a safe and inclusive space where marginalized youth can find their voices and express themselves freely. Thus, enabling them to break barriers, overcome challenges, and foster social cohesion through shared artistic experiences. By providing a platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and mutual support, it empowers youth workers to enhance their impact and create positive change in the lives of young individuals, ultimately shaping a more inclusive and vibrant society.
Act&Art Online Platform aims to offer this space for youth workers and our project’s target group refugee, migrant young people from all over the EU. Our online platform is established to provide news, opportunities, new ideas, and most importantly a space for both target groups to improve themselves and those around them. We also provide a platform where the participants of our project can display their works and ideas as well learning about others. The platform also plays an important role for breaking barriers and prejudices within society and helping for a better integration of such groups into society.
