About our Organization
We are a non-governmental organization in which members develop new ideas and carry out innovative (educational, social and research) activities in the direction of getting to know man and his place in a modern complex and diverse society.
We develop and connect different social sciences, which we understand as a theoretical framework and basis for concrete social action and help and support for people in learning and personal development. In this way, we also connect cultures or knowledge for the comprehensive treatment and solution of human and social problems.
We work in the areas of social and political inclusion, upbringing and education of children, adolescents, and adults for a creative, non-violent, and socially diverse and responsible life.
We create conditions for encouraging creativity and obtaining diverse informal learning and social and multicultural experiences.
We strive for social science literacy or sensitizing children, adolescents and adults for active and responsible citizenship and participation in a culturally plural modern society.
The emphasis is on community action, we are focused on supporting and helping immigrant residents or migrants, applicants for international protection and persons with international protection. We work personally with individuals, families, and groups. We provide personal consultation and recognition of the social situation, advocacy before public institutions, mobilization (activation, integration and guidance based on recognized and expressed needs), psychosocial support.
We include learning, sports and recreation, members, and sympathizers in many activities, we encourage users to actively spend their free time, solidarity, mutual help, personal and social responsibility.

The aim and objectives of the project are perfectly and directly aligned with what we here aim to achieve at ODNOS!
Our Role in the Project
ODNOS will be leading the production of the IO2: Needs Assessment and will directly contribute reaching the target group of the project with its experts and network!
