About our Organization
Green Muse e.V. is a non-governmental organization established in Rheine, Germany, and conducting international, national, and local projects in the area of Cultural and Creative Industries, and Environment. Environment
With the projects it implements, Green Muse e.V. aims to raise awareness about environmental issues (climate change, biodiversity, protection of oceans, seas and wetlands, water consumption etc.) and contribute to green entrepreneurship and green economy.
Cultural and Creative Industries
Green Muse e.V. organizes local, national and international projects within CCIs by including holistic arts, cultural entrepreneurship and aims to raise awareness about the problems and address them.
Why are we participating in this project?
Green Muse e.V. aims to enlarge its capacity to spread its benefits to more people and Act&Art project is a huge opportunity. As an association experienced in working with disadvantaged groups we believe that we will deliver our positive effect to more disadvantaged groups and we will share our experience with our partners while learning from theirs.
Our Role in the Project
Green Muse e.V. ensures that the project’s main target group of the disadvantaged individuals and youth workers working locally and nationally from across Germany are included in the project. In addition, to the extent if its institutional capacity, it will produce project outputs and project dissemination studies.

Team Member 1
Simge Bilgin
Position in Organization: Head of the association, project manager
Simge Bilgin has an MA in TESOL and currently studies at University of Westminster, the UK. She has been involved in many Erasmus+ projects and has also contributed to organizational teams. She has been involved in various projects both as a participant and as a non-formal trainer. Using non-formal education methods in the “3i” project conducted in partnership with the EU she has assumed the duties of an instructor and a facilitator. Before moving to the UK, she had worked at an educational institution from 2018-2021. Through her education life and working life, she took part in volunteer teams for non-governmental organizations and youth exchanges.

Furkan Yavuz
Position in Organization: Project Manager, Training Coordinator
Furkan Yavuz has a bachelor’s degree on education. He is a part of civil society works since 2018. He has worked with more than 10 NGOs and participated in many projects until today. His works mainly focus on Sustainable Development Goals, youth rights and climate action. Besides, he uses his “educator” identity to create and design trainings with non-formal education methods. He currently works for Green Muse as a project manager and European Development Network as a instructional designer and training coordinator.
