The Act&Art for Positive Social Change event held on 1 December 2023 in Düsseldorf gathered 21 participants to explore the project’s objectives, outputs, and training program.The event aimed to introduce the Act&Art project and share the project results and outputs with relevant stakeholders and actors.
The event in detail is as follows according to the Agenda.
Introduction of the Project
First session was to introduce the Act&Art project in detail to the attending participants. We have introduced the Act&Art project in detail, what were our aims and objectives, what has been created. We showed the project website and shared the Booklet we prepared (digitally) with the participants.
Presentation about the Project Outputs (Intellectual Outputs)
Following the first session, the participants were then informed about the project results in this session. We have informed the participants about all 4 project outputs/results and introduced them one by one to the participants.
In-depth Introduction of the Training Program and Toolbox
The participants were then introduced to the Training Program and Toolbox in detail. As the participants consisted of youth workers and representatives from NGOs and other relevant stakeholders. We gave a more detailed description and showcase of the training program and the toolbox content to them as it will be useful for their useful work. The participants were shown some examples of workshops and tools and discussed them.
Networking
Participants engaged in networking activities, exchanging ideas, contacts, and experiences. The session facilitated collaboration and synergy among the participants.
Evaluation and Q&A Session
At the end of the event, we held a Q&A and feedback session to both hear the participants’ questions for us and also ask them what they think about the project, its results and outputs to gather concrete and useful information to improve our work.
